People hide their actions beneath the coat of group behavior. excuse actions like a cheat, robbery even murder because the people surrounding support this action.

We cannot fall in this behavior we are not sheep, we are leaders we need to step our feet and give the example. Our actions cannot be affected by others actions but by our core values.
